Birdie Pediatric Therapy is a private-pay practice and does not bill insurance directly. We provide families with transparent pricing and can provide a superbill that you may submit to your insurance company for potential out-of-network reimbursement. HSA/FSA funds may also be used for eligible services. A valid credit or debit card will be collected and securely stored on file before your child’s first appointment is scheduled. Your card will be used for payment of services and any applicable cancellation or no-show fees in accordance with Birdie Pediatric Therapy’s policies. By providing your payment information, you authorize Birdie Pediatric Therapy to charge the card on file for applicable services and fees.
